The pandemic was a tough transition and, all in all, weird experience for students and parents. But neither of those groups went through quite as much 'making do' as teachers had to. 

Finagling with the alien that was home-based learning. Revamping tried-and-tested lesson plans. Redesigning worksheets. Rethinking what 'class participation' looked like.

But many teachers did so with much aplomb, trudging through weekday after weekday towards a very distant light at the end of the tunnel.

For that, the Ministry of Education (MOE) wanted to do something extra special for them this Teacher's Day: a tribute, if you will.
