K-dramatic stories you can use to help you avoid delivery drama
Bad customer service is a truth we live with. Whether you're expecting a package or shipping
a parcel, mailing mishaps will follow and, inevitably, dismal customer service.
So what do we do? We tell tall tales, wax lyrical, get all huffy puffy. Cry, kick, whine. All in hopes of winning that service rep's heart—and hopefully, their help.
But while we're all experts in exaggeration, none of us come close to the real demigods of drama—k-drama creators.
So, we got their help to write the plots to our problems... then put them to practice.


Did people sarang the films? The results speak for themselves:
The two short films went viral, garnering over 13M views in Indonesia, 10M views in the Philippines, 3M views in Malaysia. In total, it amassed more than 35M views across the region.
All in just a couple of weeks.
Relevance and enjoyment markers were also high. Those surveyed responded that they “enjoyed the films a lot”. There was a 130% increase in consideration towards the brand, and a 172% surge in shipping volume.
Perceptions of the brand also improved. Those surveyed now believe that the brand is "dependable", and able to solve their parcel problems easily. It has fast become "the preferred choice" to other partners.

At the shows, we've managed to pick up some bling so far. More to come!
